our out-of-town and internet customers, you may ship us your
scuba equipment for service.
How long
does it take?
Once we
receive your equipment, we will ship back your serviced
equipment within 7 business days. We will contact you
should additional parts need to be ordered, thus
delaying your work order.
Is express
service available?
Yes. Upon
receipt of your equipment, we will complete your work
order within 24 hours. Express service orders will be
billed an additional $35 per item.
What are
your service rates?

to see our service rates. Return shipping charges will
be added to each order.
How will my
equipment be returned to me?
We will
return your serviced equipment via UPS Ground service.
You may request 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day, or Next Day
service.
How does it
work?

Fill out our
PDF Service Request Form.

Print two copies of the form. One copy is
for your records.

Box up your equipment to be serviced and
enclose one signed copy of the service request form.

Ship your equipment and service request
form to:

We will contact you if any service beyond
normal annual service is required, or if service will be
delayed due to having to order parts.

When complete, we will contact you with
the total price and confirm payment.

You freshly serviced equipment will then
be shipped back to you.
